I think you should try to find girl for speaking in Moscow in other sites, like are http://www.italki.com , http://www.englishtips.org or others where they try to find sombody who can help to study English.

I think you need to learn Russian online.
If you learn online so you can learn fast. I know about “speakrussian”, they provide Russian Language Courses Online. They can help you.
